Seaforth House
An exciting and modern family home design provides for dynamic interior spaces opening onto terraces and landscaped gardens with a pool. The house has been designed to admit natural light and provide a series of private spaces, while also capitalising on the available views. Construction has begun. |

Avalon Coastal Home
This new home for a large family was designed to give a relaxed beach feel in a tropical garden setting. The design of the house was carefully tailored to provide bright and spacious interiors with cathedral ceilings while maintaining an appropriate scale on a relatively tight site. Large verandahs give shade, louvre window banks give cross ventilation, and with good insulation and an abundance of natural light, this is a comfortable and energy efficient home. |

Armidale Country House
A new classic-styled home in a rural setting provides a spacious, relaxing series of spaces planned to take advantage of views and the beauty of the surrounding landscape and garden. The landscaping, designed by Paul Bangay as an extension of the interior spaces, is starting to appear! |

Bayview House
The living spaces of this existing split-level home have been transformed by High House. Previously dark and introspective interior areas are now extended and opened up to the external terrace, and the design process has addressed existing problems of access, privacy and limited space. A new translucent roof over the terrace gives the home a practical all-weather outdoor living space. |
Northern Rivers Blue house
High House did a complete refresh of this classic Northern Rivers timber cottage with a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry and strategic improvements that create a second sitting/TV space, integrated dining area and ample storage space. New timber floors, bench-tops and features add warmth. Clever yet subtle design has allowed the existing spaces to be adapted without major changes and their associated cost.

Wave House Studio
The studio at the rear of the main house provides a beautiful retreat space for the family to take time out or use as extended accommodation area for guests. The design allows the possibility of flexible use into the future. It has a light-filled interior of plywood with complementing furniture and is designed for year-round comfort due to the insulating effect of the roof garden, timber sunscreens, fans and cross ventilation and with the polished concrete floor providing thermal stability. Externally the charred timber cladding with oiled timber windows and screens sits in harmony and complements the natural surroundings.
